Parties!

Looking for a birthday party activity that is fun, different and interesting? Give your daughter a unique birthday party that she will remember for years to come – a jewelry party!

A jewelry-making party provides the entertainment for the birthday celebration, as well as a very special take-home gift for the birthday girl and all her guests. We come to your house with age-appropriate bead kits and help the kids make their own jewelry. Each child chooses her own beads and makes a specially-designed piece of jewelry with our guidance and instruction.

At the end of the party, the guests go home with a great hand-made piece of jewelry and your home is as tidy as it was when we arrived!

Prices start at $15 for each participant: for that you get an instructor (or two) who comes with lots of beads, an hour of dedicated instruction (plus set-up and clean-up) and help for each person with their creation. The party guests can make bracelets, bookmarks, a necklace, key chains or earrings – or a combination! Each participant goes home with a new piece of custom-made jewelry. We always bring lots and lots of beads for everyone to choose from – don’t forget to tell us your favourite colours and we’ll make sure we bring them!

Our jewelry parties are also great for Guide groups, teams, book clubs and families too! And we don't leave out the adults – just add coffee and sweets or wine and nibbles and you'll have a really fun, creative evening!

To book a party, contact us at info@dragonflygirls.ca or call (905) 469-6278 with your preferred date and time and an estimated number of participants. Don't worry if the number changes closer to the actual date: just let us know and we always have extra kits on hand. We request a 50% deposit two weeks in advance and the balance due on the day of the party.
Carleigh and I just wanted to thank you for a fabulous birthday party. All of the girls were so proud of their creations and you spent such wonderful quality time with each of them. Thank you for an awesome day.
